ABOUT RITA

Rita Graziano is an Executive Coach, providing Leadership Coaching as well as Career Advocacy consultation to many organizations. She has coached hundreds of leaders and helped thousands of individuals to make the highest possible professional contribution while achieving true job satisfaction.

Her career has included several Director of Learning positions in High Tech companies, as well as many years as a successful Independent Consultant to companies in a myriad of industries

Major companies with whom Rita has worked closely include Intel, The Clorox Company, Sprint, New United Motors, eBay, Cargill, Apple Computer, PG&E, Ross Stores, HP, NetApp, Nvidia, Scios (J&J), Conceptus and many others.

Rita holds an MA in Counseling from Santa Clara University and has done Doctorate work in Human and Organization Systems with The Fielding Institute. She has served as t-group facilitator for the Stanford University Graduate School of Business MBA program.
